Pay: 12.52 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week (Fixed shift: 12 PM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Adviser in the contact centre, you'll play a key role in assisting customers over the telephone, via email, and through administrative processes. This is not a sales role, and there are no rigid targets, your focus will be on providing excellent service and guidance.

Your Tasks Will Include:

Handling incoming calls, gathering and providing information based on customer needs
Sending follow-up emails to confirm discussions and share resourcesAssisting customers with documentation and compliance processes related to fisheries exports and marine managementCarrying out administrative procedures to aid the team
