Job Description

To manage allocation and quality of work within area of responsibilityControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsCreates solutions to meet customer demandsDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsManage risks in own area of responsibilityEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processesManage team delivery against goals in the area of responsibilityManage performance moderation, disciplinary action, recognition, and retention processes in line with HR policies and proceduresParticipate in Talent Management practices and processes in line with HR policies and proceduresImplement employment equity plan targets in all recruitment and employee movement activitiesManage performance of employees by clearly defining goals and objectives and providing direction, coaching and regular feedbackEnsure skills are transferred in specific functionsEnsure conflict resolution and respond to any complaints or concernsSet relevant stretch goals for team and motivate achievementCollate, manage, and report on daily, weekly, monthly operational progress as aligned to strategic objectivesTrack, control, and influence activities with the specific aim to increase and improve operational efficiencies and do Call Quality Management (CQM) through random sampling of call monitoring, for the industryManage the core processes and ensure that the correct procedures are applied, and transactions / procedures are processed and followed by the teamJob Details
