Creative seeks experts for anticipated donor-funded opportunities in our Education practice area in Francophone West Africa (Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso). Exact location will be dependent on the project.
Responsibilities
Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Education (including but not limited to education access, community-based education, and accelerated learning) Gender, Social Inclusion, and Positive Youth Development Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Human Resources Procurement Grants management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred; Minimum 5 years experience working in relevant technical field; Experience working with donor-funded programming, experience working with USAID programming is highly preferred; Demonstrated experience working in West Africa; experience working in Burkina Faso, Mali, or Niger preferred; Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; and Fluency in English and French required.
