This Proposal Opportunity:
Palladium
seeks highly motivated and experienced individuals for the anticipated El
Salvador Roots for Prosperity (RfP) task order under the USAID/Central
America Regional Support Services IDIQ. This 5-year program will
aim to improve the business enabling environment of El Salvador and reduce the
cost of doing business by providing technical assistance to high-potential
Salvadoran small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and by implementing a
temporary visa program.
Palladium is seeking USAID professionals for
positions related to technical implementation, with experience in the following
areas:
- Trade facilitation
- Trade and investment promotion, including market identification and linkages
- Economic and social inclusion of women, youth and other marginalized communities
- MSME competitiveness
- Agriculture value chain development and market systems
- Access to finance, including for SMEs and agriculture-sector firms
- Strategic Communications
- Temporary work visa programs
*Salvadoran nationals are highly encouraged to apply. El
Salvador work authorization required.

Key Competencies Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study such as business or economics required, Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- At least seven years’ relevant experience, 10 years’ experience for senior positions; Prior experience in the implementation of similar sized USAID or other donor- supported programs in El Salvador highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse partners and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Evidence of strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, to fulfil the diverse technical and managerial requirements of the contract.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
