Position Overview

· Salary: $62-68K

Summary
TheCamp Manager oversees daily operations for Camp Greentop, Travel Camp, WinterCamp, and Respite Weekend programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Onsite Supervision: Liveat camp during summers and periodically throughout the year.
· Budget Management: Developand monitor board-approved budgets for camp programs.
· Program Scheduling: Collaboratewith year-round staff to develop camp schedules.
· Marketing: Overseemarketing efforts, network with agencies, and attend fairs.
· Documentation: Preparecamper documentation for various programs (respite, travel, summer/winter campfor check in & out, behavior plans, etc.)
· Recruitment: Developand execute recruitment plans for camp staff.
· Orientation and Training: Coordinatenew hire orientation and staff training plans.
· Payroll: Conduct payrolland ensure tax forms are up to date.
· Staff Records: Maintainpersonnel records and ensure compliance with regulations.
· International Coordination: Arrangesummer placements and travel for participants.
· Networking: Maintaina network of past camp staff and send newsletters.
· Supervision: Supervisecamp leadership staff and oversee programming.
· Facility Operations: Overseefacility operations and work with contract services.
· Compliance: Implementpolicies and ensure compliance with regulations.
· Evaluations: Completeand review staff evaluations.

Job Relationships
· Leadership: Leadyear-round and seasonal camp staff.
· Cooperation: Workcooperatively with management and leadership teams.
Qualification Requirements
· Communication: Abilityto work effectively with diverse populations.
· Driving Record: Cleandriving record with no more than 3 points.
· Certifications: Preferredcertifications include Medication Administration, Behavioral Principles & Strategies,First Aid, and CPR.
Education and Experience
· Experience: Experienceworking with people with disabilities and program management.
· Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Management, or related fieldpreferred.
· Certifications: CTRSor CPRP preferred.
