Huckberry is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator with a strong marketing mindset to manage campaigns across a variety of channels, including sponsored media activations, video production, and end-to-end campaign management. In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind campaign success—ensuring seamless execution, delivering exceptional client experiences, and unlocking opportunities for upselling and growth. Your ability to bridge the gap between creative production, marketing strategy, and client relations will be critical in helping Huckberry and its partners achieve their objectives.

This position is based at our Austin, TX headquarters.

Responsibilities End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaigns—from initial planning to execution and post-campaign reporting—across multiple channels (video, commerce, events, email, social, editorial) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—media, brand, go-to-market, and video production—to align objectives, gather resources, and maintain a cohesive vision throughout the campaign Client Relations & Troubleshooting: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, and delivering exceptional service. Identify and resolve challenges during the campaign process, maintaining a solution-oriented approach to keep projects on track Performance Analytics and Insights: Monitor campaign performance metrics, compile detailed reports, and deliver actionable insights to optimize current and future campaigns for Huckberry and clients
