The Campaign Creator is responsible for building all campaigns sold by the Wondery Sales team. This team will be responsible for QA’ing all booked deals before creation, ensuring that deals match internal or external IO contracts and our inventory system. This will secure deals are being created correctly, therefore reducing risk of error when the campaign is launched. A Campaign Creator is responsible for building the campaign with all the information given to them, including adding shows to our RON and TAS campaigns, working through show restrictions. When the campaign is built, the Creator will move the campaign along in the workstream to the Campaign Strategist, who will own the campaign from launch to the conclusion, making optimizations and communicating updates to the Sales team. This role will also be responsible for projects that are related to the Creator role.
QA all deals booked by the Wondery Sales team, ensuring they data is correct against internal documents and databases
Build all campaigns sold and booked by the internal Sales team
Partner with Account Managers on revisions in order to successfully created ad campaigns within ART19, Wondery’s ad server
QA audio for the Campaign Strategist team, verifying the correct creative is upload to the campaign
Work off of show level brand approvals to implement shows on our RON and TAS campaigns
Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomes
Work with internal teams on the progress of best practices, keeping SOPs updated and writing new SOPs when needed
Creation of COE documents when necessary
Generate feedback loops on areas that need more direction and better mechanisms for easy workstreams
Proactively analyze and evaluate existing workflows to identify process optimization opportunities, develop solutions to address operational gaps, and propose data-driven improvements that enhance team efficiency and campaign performance.
Basic Qualifications
- College Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Data entry and validation experience
- Ability to learn and work with ad serving platform.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in digital advertising operations or related field
- 1+ years experience with Salesforce
- Previous experience with ad trafficking or campaign setup
- Background in quality assurance or data validation
- Experience with ART-19
- Experience working with SOPs and process documentation
- Familiarity with audio-video advertising platforms
- Knowledge of digital advertising terminology and metrics
- Experience with workflow management systems
- Background in process improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in documentation creation
