We are seeking a talented and motivated Campaign Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients create powerful, personalized marketing campaigns. Collaborating with marketing teams, data specialists, and designers, you’ll develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. You'll work with leading platforms such as Selligent, Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design, build, and implement automated marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results.Execution & Optimization: Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive testing, manage quality control, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes to guarantee seamless campaign delivery.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and are executed to the highest standards.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with tool updates and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies to improve campaign automation and performance.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Campaign Developer or Campaign Engineer.Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL to support the creation of custom campaigns and automation workflows.In-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation concepts, including segmentation and data integration within a campaign environment.Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot and improve campaigns.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly present ideas and results.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.Familiarity with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).What We Offer:
