The Campaign Development Lead will collaborate with the Sleep leadership team to create and implement strategies across various channels aimed at acquiring, retaining, and expanding our patient base. This role will involve identifying campaign opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution, driving business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with Sleep leadership to define and maintain overall patient engagement strategy for sleep business, shaping outreach to uphold a consistent end-to-end patient experience.
• Lead the ideation process for new outreach campaigns, informed by business priorities and insight into patient behavior; always prioritize patient experience in ideating and designing new campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication with business leadership to secure buy in for new campaign ideas; develop informed estimates for value generation and effort required to launch campaigns.
• Create project plan for new campaign launches, comprehensively capturing the scope of work to be done to bring a new effort online.
• Manage stakeholders from across the company to coordinate work on campaign launch and deliver on tasks laid out in project plan.
• Collaborate on technical process designs, ensuring that IT and operational workflows align with the campaign's strategic objectives.
• Supervise IT development needed for the campaign, ensuring all technical aspects are built out on time and functioning properly prior to campaign launch.
• Collaborate with marketing on content creation efforts, including the design of scripting and outreach flows, aiming to deliver consistent and impactful messaging.
• Manage legal and compliance approvals for campaign content, ensuring all communications are compliant with industry regulations.
• Oversee external vendors’ development efforts, maintaining efficient timeline for completion of campaigns.
• Monitor and coordinate the overall campaign launch, ensuring all teams (internal and external) are aligned before officially bringing the campaign online.
• Collaborate with documentation team to document all new processes established as part of new campaign development.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
• Combination of education and/or experience equating to a four-year college degree.
• 3-5 years creating and implementing successful outreach/retention/engagement that have led to revenue growth.
• Experience within a call center environment.
• Channel strategy and/or customer program / engagement experience.
• Previous management, supervisory, or lead experience

• Rigorous attention to detail
Computer Skills
• Proficient MS Applications: Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Project required.
• Ability to source and master new software to meet business needs.
Language Skills
• English (reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills
• College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

Education and/or Experience
• Direct-to-consumer marketing or selling experience a plus, but not required
• Healthcare product experience a plus, but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
