Campaign Manager
Summary/Objectives 

The International Campaigns Manager is responsible for pipeline generation and digital campaigns spanning our EMEA, South Asia, and LATAM markets.   

This role will strategize and execute on programming that achieves lead and pipeline targets in each region and will build and oversee digital programming and campaigns in key regions.   

This role works closely with Regional Field and Sales Team in EMEA (North, South & Central), South Asia, and Latin America to align on programming goals, plans, and successful execution.   

The International Campaigns Manager will conceptualize and plan integrated programs, measure against goals and objectives, align cross-functional teams, and execute on program deliverables.   

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Campaigns and is a member of Tanium’s Digital & Campaigns Team.   

 

Essential Job Functions  In coordination with sales and field marketing teams, develop the regional always on go-to-market plans including the digital marketing strategy, budget and goals.    Develop demand gen models to forecast, track and achieve targets for regional inquiries, qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline & close/won deals   Strategize and activate integrated regional demand generation programs across a mix of tactics and marketing channels, including display, paid social, content syndication, webinars, email, etc   Develop campaign reports and dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and progress to targets   Provide regular reporting for the regions in support of continuous international and regional optimization.   Communicate and enable the sales and partner organizations on the strategy and activation elements for international campaigns   Actively support the SDR Teams to ensure alignment on lead volume, quality and lead follow up   When appropriate, localize and personalize messaging and tactics to region, segment, and vertical to optimize for engagement and conversion  

 

Minimum & Preferred Job Qualifications 

Education 

BA or BS in marketing or related field  

Experience 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, integrated marketing or related disciplines   Experience working with international teams   Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrated campaigns   Proven experience developing high ROI demand generation campaigns   

Other 

B2B experience strongly preferred   Experience in cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS or other IT environments a plus   Analytical minded with understanding of SiriusDecisions Waterfall methodologies    Excellent writing skills with experience in landing page, email and ad copywriting   Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
