Job Summary
The Washington Post is seeking a Campaign Manager to own day-to-day ad operations and manage a broad range of tasks aligned to campaign strategy to meet client outcomes. A successful Campaign Manager will work hand in hand with the Account Management and Planning teams to coordinate, implement and oversee the execution of print and digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for executing advertising campaigns for advertisers according to contract
Manages the fulfillment of advertising campaigns to ensure timely and accurate implementation by:
Partnering with finance team for all new accounts, credit terms and payment
Executing order entry for print display campaigns
Ensuring the initial gathering of deliverables, builds and execution of campaigns on technology platforms
Set-up digital advertising campaigns in relevant platform by:
Trafficking ads via ad servers (GAM, Apple News, AdSwizz, etc.)
Implementing digital third-party tracking, such as DFA, on behalf of agency partners
Troubleshooting all creative specs and tagging issues with the clients & agencies
Partnering with AdOps on all non-standard and custom ad builds and executions
Send confirmation of activation (screenshots and digital tearsheets)
Monitor and deliver weekly client reporting
Execute orders for Promo Pool, Placeholder, and Page Furniture
Complete billing reconciliation documents on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of relevant digital account management or AdOps experience
Advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
Exceptional client service skills
Ability to work independently across teams
Experience with systems, platforms, and vendors such as: JIRA, Operative, Google Ad Manager, DFA, DV, IAS (desired)

The salary range for this position is:
64,300.00 - 96,500.00 USD AnnualThe actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
