The Campaign Manager will oversee the development and execution of global multi-channel communications campaigns, ensuring all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement are completed efficiently and effectively. This role will be the key point of contact for campaign-related activities, responsible for managing campaign calendars, aligning international, cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with a diverse group of internal stakeholders, including social media leaders, media relations managers, content creators, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless campaign execution across earned media, social media, owned media, and direct messaging channels. Examples of campaign topics include climate change adaptation, the use of digital solutions in water and wastewater utilities, industrial water reuse, and corporate social responsibility programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Campaign Development, Planning & Coordination:**
+ Co-create campaigns to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and prospects across the segments/organization.
+ Integrate campaign activities across channels including earned media, social media, content marketing, webinars, events and email marketing.
+ Develop and maintain detailed campaign plans and calendars, ensuring best practices, and alignment with key business priorities and deadlines.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (social media, media relations, creative, etc.) to define campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate with various departments and subject matter experts to gather required content (e.g., images, videos, copy) and ensure assets are produced in line with campaign goals.
+ Ensure all stakeholders are informed of campaign timelines, deliverables, and status updates, and that resources are allocated efficiently.
+ **Project Management:**
+ Lead the project management of campaign execution, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful delivery.
+ Allocate and deploy resources effectively to maximize ROI and continuously monitor campaign performance
+ Manage campaign workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all campaign components.Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly campaign status meetings to review progress, identify blockers, and ensure all teams are aligned.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for international, cross-functional teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed about campaign developments, timelines, and any changes.
+ Foster strong collaboration across Xylem to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and goals. Act as a bridge between the enterprise marketing team and the business segments/verticals.
+ Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies or vendors, as needed, to deliver campaign components.
+ **Measurement & Reporting:**
+ Test and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaign initiatives.
+ Monitor campaign performance, providing regular updates and analysis on metrics such as reach, engagement, media coverage, and audience sentiment, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
+ Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for improvement based on campaign effectiveness.
+ **Process Improvement:**
+ Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution processes and improve efficiency across campaigns.
+ Develop and maintain a central repository of campaign best practices, templates, and guidelines for future campaigns.
+ Continuously improve the campaign execution process, including the use of AI in campaign development and testing.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or campaign execution, preferably in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations.
+ Strong experience with campaign management tools, project management software (e.g.,Planner, Asana, Trello, Monday.com), and analytics platforms.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across teams.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve complex challenges under pressure.
+ Experience working with diverse global teams, including creative, media relations, and digital marketing teams.
+ A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in industrial products, B2B communications, or corporate communications within a large, complex organization.
+ Familiarity with communications metrics and reporting, including tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
+ Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
Salary range:
$107,100.00 - $192,800.00
