Campaign Manager

Nexstar Media Group is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our advertising partners through owned inventory and ad tech solutions designed to deliver performance. To this end we are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to help us grow. This role will be responsible for executing and managing campaigns in our DSP ensuring that our clients’ needs are met while remaining profitable.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel digital campaigns toward client KPIs and Nexstar profitability goals.
+ Analyze campaign data daily to recommend and implement optimizations and upsell opportunities.
+ Tier 1 support of any campaign related issues.
+ Provide vital feedback to product team to drive innovation and efficiency.
+ Collaborate with Account Management and Planning resources to identify areas for improved campaign performance and scale.
+ Be a key resource for all things operations/technology related.
+ Troubleshooting technical issues related to ad delivery, targeting, and performance reporting.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree and/or related work experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working RTB, DSP's, SSP's or other programmatic platforms.
+ Experience in ad trafficking
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
+ Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
+ Proactive curiosity and desire for continual improvement
+ Self-starter who thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, demanding, fun, and entrepreneurial.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with JavaScript or related programming languages (nice to have)
+ SQL experience (nice to have)
+ Background in statistics (nice to have)
The pay range for this role is $75k-$85K. Other benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, vacation Paid Parental Leave, and vacation.
