Campaign Officer
Description Job Description: We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Campaign Director with significant fundraising experience to join our dynamic team. This individual will collaborate with the CDO and volunteer campaign leadership to implement a strategic direction for the annual campaign. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: + Collaborate with CDO and volunteer campaign leadership to create and implement a strategic direction for annual campaign + Oversee campaign strategy for the association and all branches + Design cultivation and solicitation strategies in collaboration with others for the Annual Campaign, including creating marketing materials, reports, and training + Lead the development and implement individual donor cultivation and acknowledgment events. + Identify and manage a major gift donor portfolio + Assist in strategizing and implementing campaign cultivation and recognition events + Keep track of campaign progress and donor moves in our software system, provide necessary campaign updates and numerical analysis to stakeholders + Continue to develop a suite of relevant campaign reports + Maintain and update campaign fundraising timetable and benchmarks + Develop and execute appropriate donor acknowledgment, recognition, and stewardship methods + Some evening and weekend work is likely Requirements Requirements: + At least five years of fundraising experience, including capital campaign and event planning + Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience + Proficiency in Microsoft office + Excellent written communication skills + Soft skills: Must be friendly and approachable, with a strong emphasis on teamwork TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
