Job Summary:

Campaign Planner will execute advertising campaigns and satisfy related activities as part of the national sales process in a collaborative team environment. The role focuses on contracting and data management as well as responses to client requests and works in close partnership with the National Sales Team.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

Manages assigned tasks and daily work queues (proposal routing, reservations and contract management, campaign fulfillment)Leads task management in Clear Channel’s project management appEnsures all information is available to process the fulfillment of the orderProcesses post sale requests and ensures work is completed within agreed upon service levelsEscalates issues as neededParticipates in efforts to continuously improve the business operations functionWorks closely with campaign coordination teamCommunicates with relevant divisions of local markets to enhance customer experienceOther job duties as assigned

Job Qualifications: 

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

2+ years’ experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment preferred.
