Wynn Las Vegas seeks a highly analytical and detail-oriented Campaign Finance & Planning Manager to join our Casino Marketing team. This role is instrumental in evaluating the financial impact of marketing campaign changes, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring the strategic allocation of marketing resources.
The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with campaign strategists, data science, and finance partners to develop and refine financial models, forecast campaign performance, and assess the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and delivering proforma financials, conducting in-depth analysis to ensure marketing spend is optimized for maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Analysis
Develop and maintain campaign level financial models to assess marketing initiatives' profitability, ROI, and expected impact.Analyze the impact of campaign changes on revenue, reinvestment, and guest behavior, providing insights to guide decision-making.Build proformas for new and existing campaigns, incorporating player worth, expected response rates, and potential revenue shifts.Partner with Finance & FP&A teams to track marketing budgets, forecast spending, and optimize campaigns' financial allocation.Data Analysis & Reporting
Utilize Excel and SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets, extracting key insights on campaign performance.Develop dashboards and reports to track the financial performance of marketing efforts and provide leadership with actionable insights.Conduct variance analysis on campaign performance versus forecast, identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with Data Science to validate modeling assumptions and refine campaign performance predictions.Campaign Planning & Prioritization
Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and financial targets.Evaluate and prioritize future marketing initiatives based on profitability analysis, projected ROI, and strategic fit.Collaborate with the Campaign Strategy team to structure test-and-learn experiments, measuring financial impact and optimizing future marketing investments.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Casino Marketing, FP&A, Data Science, and Loyalty Operations to ensure campaigns are financially sound and strategically aligned.Provide senior leadership with financial summaries and recommendations to enhance marketing efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or data analytics, preferably within the casino, hospitality, or marketing industry.Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and large dataset manipulation.SQL experience required – ability to pull and analyze data from relational databases.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into financial insights.Experience with budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis in a marketing or campaign-driven environment.Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple financial analyses and priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner cross-functionally and present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.Benefits
