The Role/Opportunity:Ookla is seeking a motivated, organized, and resourceful Marketing Campaign Manager. This person will be responsible for managing demand-generation campaigns and collaborating with the broader team to help identify opportunities and additional tactics to capture attribution and grow a high-impact pipeline. This role is also responsible for driving creative strategy and supporting acquisition goals. Expectations for SuccessDrive the success of multichannel campaigns across multiple product lines.Optimize campaign performance through creative testing to drive acquisition across productsWork closely with product marketing, content, partner, and events teams to track and deliver KPIs for actionable insights. Institute A/B testing to improve subject lines, content variations, layout, CTAs, etc.Establish regular reporting to continuously refine our approach and understand what works best for different audiences and stages in the funnel.Coordinate across product lines to look for cross-sell and upsell messaging opportunities.Experiment to improve email open rates, CTR, CPL, and conversionsCreate strong project management to track what is being said, when campaigns are pushed, who we are targeting, and where the emails are goingRequirementsOn the first day, we'll expect you to have:Bachelor’s degree5+ years B2B Marketing Campaign planning, implementation and reporting experienceComfortable working in SalesforceDemand generation, cross-sell, up-sell campaign development experienceWillingness to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams (including strategy, product, and creative teams)A willingness to understand our customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.Expertise in email marketing, paid channels, social media, and content marketing.Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities, Pardot and Hubspot preferredProgram management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The desire to roll up your sleeves and be a great teammatePreferred SkillsExperience with Google Looker Studio or Tableau to report on performance metricsExperience working with a telecom or compute networking companyWell-versed in Google suiteFamiliar with Confluence or other documentation and knowledge-sharing toolsFamiliar with Asana or other project management toolsExperience tracking attribution within a two-tier distribution model
