Campaign Project Coordinator

 

 

The Campaign Project Coordinator at Paramount+ offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to world-class marketing initiatives! Your day-to-day:

Support the marketing team with administrative tasks related to campaign management, including scheduling, meeting notetaking, following up on action items, and maintaining documents. Coordinate and communicate status updates internally to collaborators with mentorship from the campaign project management lead. Maintain Campaign Project Management tools with up-to-date project achievements, direction, and production status. Monitor and track the production process for all promotional assets needed by on-device partners. Act as a liaison between partnerships and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Facilitate creative approvals among internal and external parties.

 

Key projects:

Collaborate with external partnerships and in-house production teams, as well as creative and marketing teams within Paramount, to coordinate successful launches of originals and Paramount+ brand campaigns.

 

Required Qualifications:

AA in Business, Marketing, Production, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in marketing or agency project management with exposure to digital marketing, production, post-production, or a creative operations role. A strong desire to learn about the complete campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution. Adaptable in working cross-functionally with multiple partners. Familiarity with task and workflow management tools such as Asana, Jira, Airtable, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diligent, organized, and collaborative.

 

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in a digital media entertainment environment collaborating with multiple collaborators. Familiarity with design, video, and digital file specs, including key art, print, video, and social.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $42,400.00 - 60,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
