We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Campaign Specialist & Content Developer for our Fredericksburg location.


Job Description

The selected candidate will:

Develop strong understanding of Kaeser products and services as well as familiarity with customer applications and key markets for Kaeser products.Write/revise, edit, and design product literature in collaboration with product managers, stakeholders and marketing teammates.Work closely with technical and product managers as well as field sales staff to produce a wide range of product information and technical content for use as sales collateral and for content marketing that highlight Kaeser's voice, thought leadership and expertise.Write, edit, design, and publish long-form content projects such as articles, whitepapers, and eBooks that provide value to prospects and influencers and increase engagement on digital platforms (website, blog, social media, and advertising). Research industry, competitor, and customer information to clearly express and position problems, benefits, and differentiators through blog posts, white papers, articles for partner media/publications, and case studies. Interview subject matter experts and customers to develop thought leadership-based content.Collaborate with Marketing teammates and SMEs to create/update webinars, podcasts, and product presentations.Originate and collaborate on video concepting, scripting and production.Collaborate with other content creators to harmonize content voice and messaging, and ensure content is disseminated through all logical platforms available.Collaborate with Webmaster on website copy, optimizing content for search engines and lead.Collaborate with Advertising to provide content for digital content marketing, and assist with ad copy writing if needed.Analyze engagement and effectiveness of content marketing to identify what makes an impact in content marketing.Assess which collateral is most used/useful to the sales force, identify needed changes to collateral or new materials.Establish and maintain communications with appropriate editorial staff at media partners to identify and fulfill editorial opportunities. Maintain content indexes that help sales people stay current on all forms of sales and marketing collateral for sales enablement (literature, articles, blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, thingLinks, etc).Actively promote the awareness and use of content by our sales force.Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.


Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include: 

10 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, graphic design of printed marketing materials or similar.Superior writing and editing skills.Recent experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) or similar applications.Strong administrative skills.Good communication skills/phone skills required.Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workplace.SAP experience preferred.Regular physical attendance at the worksite.Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications desired.
