Coordinate Prospecting Programs & Campaigns
Regularly:Checks emailUpdates RSVP event statusOrders campaign suppliesMaintains supply of on-hand marketing materials; orders as requiredChecks Sales Force system lead status and updates as appropriateExecutes integrated sales & marketing demand generation campaigns by scheduling, administering and coordinating activities which may include one or more of the following:Grassroots eventsLocation Showcase eventsSeminarsAffinity RelationshipsDirect Mail (Oversight)BrandingOther eventsSecuring payment, permits, legal contacts and insurance, as requiredEnsure sales team have materials necessary to support the eventEnsure materials used by the market adhere to branding standardsLogistical supportCollaborate with Sales Teams
Ensures leads are assigned within 24 hours of event.Presents qualified opportunities to the sales team, providing necessary meeting notes and company researchParticipates in weekly sales meetings to communicate event schedules, deadlines and progress.Reports on event or program costsMakes suggestions and recommendation to improve future activitiesReporting/Training
Reports details and frequency of Sales Force related training.Reports on event/campaign lead generationMaintains detailed monthly and quarterly metrics reports of all lead generation programs.Track all campaigns and leads via Sales ForceEDUCATIONAL/Experience/MINIMUM Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma requiredExperience:
One (1) year of related experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to collaborate with marketing and the respective sales teamsAbility to manage a high number of small tasks related to lead generation and management of assigning leadsAbility to accurately and carefully maintain lead records and their status in Sales Force to facilitate lead assignment, reporting and tracking of leads into opportunities.Ability to build strong relationships with Sales teamWork Conditions
