Campaign Writer
All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.
• Conceptualize campaigns and write engaging ad copy for various formats, including print, digital, social media, and email.  • Develop strong calls to action that encourage users to take action. • Adapt tone and voice as needed to maintain the consistency of established brands. • Work with creative team and team members to write copy for a variety of marketing campaigns. • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality. • Support brand, digital and social initiatives. • Uphold the VITAS brand, culture and values. • Collaborate among multiple departments effectively and efficiently. • Be accountable for meeting goals and expectations. • Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and adheres to style guidelines. • Excellent writing and communication skills, including persuasive writing and the ability to vary writing style and voice. • Uses data and analytics to measure effectiveness of content and adjust as needed. • Edit/proofread content produced by other areas of the organization, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Experience: • Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a marketing writer or content creator. • Proven ability to write persuasive and engaging content that is memorable. • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and communication skills, a keen understanding of brand messaging, and a passion for crafting compelling content. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of brand development and messaging. • Experience working with creative teams and cross-functional departments. • Must be extremely detail-oriented, intellectually curious, able to build effective working relationships and have a strong client-service orientation. • Experience and knowledge of social media tools and techniques. • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience with Teams, SharePoint and Workfront a plus.
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required.
