About the Role
As the Campaigns Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the global, end-to-end marketing of campaigns and programs that highlight and elevate the Twitch brand, our streamers and our community at large You will be identifying trends within the Twitch community and in culture at large and using those insights to develop end-to-end Go To Market plans that bring Twitch to life on and off our service. You will partner closely with a number of core teams including Data Science, Partnerships, Product, Creative and Comms, bringing together a cross-functional team to deliver on that strategy..
You will demonstrate knowledge of the Twitch Community and application of consumer insights to develop campaigns, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on a unified plan, and will confidently align senior leadership and C-Suite executives around those plans. You will understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience leveraging those to positively drive consumer sentiment and adoption of features. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that moves at the speed of live. You will report to the Global Head of Brand and Marketing.
You can work in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA.
You Will
- Oversee the development of go-to-market strategy for consumer-facing programs and campaigns on Twitch, working closely with research to align the strategy to customer needs and insights
- Guide a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including Comms, Marketing, Creative, Data Science and more) to deliver effective marketing launches
- Be a trendspotter within Twitch and recommend campaigns moments that showcase the best of Twitch, globally.
- Manage internal creative partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels
