Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator - Licensed Psychologist
Description The UCLA Rape Treatment Center provides all-inclusive services in a safe and therapeutic setting, and is staffed by highly trained professionals with specialized expertise in the medical, forensic and psychological aspects of victim care. Leverage your expertise to make a real difference in the community as a Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator. The Rape Treatment Center (RTC) Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator will provide state-of-the-art sexual assault and abuse prevention programs individually tailored to community organizations, law enforcement agencies and college campuses throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator will: + Perform presentations while exhibiting skill in public-speaking to various sized groups. + Coordinate/schedule the RTC campus and community outreach programs. + Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a complicated schedule and concurrent projects with foresight and initiative. + Update prevention education training materials and activities based on best practices and current research. + Foster collaborative working relationships with all constituents to assure effective implementation of RTC programs and services. + Participate in 24-hour on-call clinic coverage. _* Only 1 position will be filled: #21113 - Licensed Clinical Social Worker; 21114 - License-eligible Clinical Social Worker; or 21115 - Licensed Clinical Psychologist._ Salary range: $54.66 - $72.09 Hourly Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Licensed Clinical Psychologist with: + CA State Psychologist License + Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology + Minimum of two years' experience presenting and updating sexual assault prevention education programs for a variety of audiences. + Knowledge of current research-based sexual assault prevention programming and bystander research for all target audiences. + Ability to represent the University of CA, Hospital system, and Rape Treatment Center effectively and communicate program mission and goals. + Ability to establish rapport and maintain ongoing effective collaboration and working relationships with schools, colleges, law enforcement and other community agencies and constituents. + Ability to travel as needed; available for frequent (3-4 times per week) local travel to school campuses and other program sites throughout Los Angeles County, including during evening and weekend hours. + Must be able to get to our UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica within 30 minutes when on-call. Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish is preferred.
