Job Summary We are seeking a Full-Time, Onsite Campus Registered Dietitian to join our Food Service Nutrition Team with Chartwells Higher Education at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey! Key Responsibilities: + Provides nutrition education & training support for the campus community including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, one-on-one counseling, etc. + Implements Gourmet Dining wellness programming + Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers + Manage and coordinate Meals on Wheels program on campus. Review therapeutic diet and allergen-free meals and create ingredient labels. Our campus serves over 300 meals per day. + Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates + Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis + Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication & messaging + Leads Dining Services Sustainability efforts - partnering with operations and campus stakeholders to track, improve, and communicate sustainability efforts in all dining spaces + Operational execution and oversight - hands-on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services + Partner with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs Qualifications: + Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required + Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable + Experience working with dietary restrictions and food allergies strongly preferred + Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract managed services experience desirable + ServSafe® Manager certified a plus + Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs Apply to Gourmet Dining today!
