Corporate Campus Facility Manager

Location: Weatherford International Headquarters, Houston, Texas

Department: Facilities Management

Reports To: Director of Real Estate & Construction

Job Summary: Weatherford International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Campus Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and services of our corporate campus. The successful candidate will ensure that the facility meets the needs of our employees and visitors while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, as it involves regular interaction with executives and employees at all levels within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Operations and Maintenance: Manage daily operations of the corporate campus, including building maintenance, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and space planning. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely. Coordinate with contractors and service providers to perform maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings. Oversee procurement and contract management for facility-related services and supplies. Space Planning and Utilization: Manage space allocation and utilization to optimize the use of office space and resources. Coordinate office moves, additions, and changes to accommodate the needs of the organization. Maintain up-to-date records of floor plans and occupancy. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and requests. Communicate effectively with executives, department heads, and employees to understand and address their facility needs. Provide regular updates to senior management on facility status, projects, and initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with other departments to support company goals and initiatives. Project Management: Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new construction. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of facility operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

This position requires occasional evening and weekend work to address facility emergencies or support special events. Must be able to walk, stand, and lift light to moderate weights as part of daily facility inspections and maintenance activities.
