By joining the J&J La Jolla Campus Management team, you would be shaping and implementing some aspects of the site marketing and branding strategy to engage our local workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** **Producing and shooting employee videos for digital communications.** **Creating campus internal communication materials such as Power Point templates, document templates, campus portal images, etc. that increase the value of our campus business and culture.** **Contributing to campus employee engagement campaigns.** **Strengthening the campus internal social media page (Viva Engage).** **In partnership with Campus Management team, build engagement campaign for the La Jolla Internship Enrichment Program.** **Connect with and provide communication materials for onsite interns.** **Qualifications** **Education:** **Completion of Undergraduate Sophomore year at an accredited University.** **Experience and Skills Required:** **Communications, marketing, advertising, or related field** **Video Production (shooting/editing)** **Proficient in Microsoft Platforms (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)** **Must be enrolled in university during the internship period** **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams** **Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of our workforce.** **Strong problem-solving skills** **Candidates must have authorization to work in the US.** **Other:** **This position is based in San Diego, California.** **This is a hybrid onsite position (3 days/week onsite; 2 day/week remote).** **No travel required.** **Applicable pay range:** $22 per hour to $51.50 per hour The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
