By joining the J&J La Jolla Campus Management team, you would be shaping and implementing some aspects of the site marketing and branding strategy to engage our local workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** **Producing and shooting employee videos for digital communications.** **Creating campus internal communication materials such as Power Point templates, document templates, campus portal images, etc. that increase the value of our campus business and culture.** **Contributing to campus employee engagement campaigns.** **Strengthening the campus internal social media page (Viva Engage).** **In partnership with Campus Management team, build engagement campaign for the La Jolla Internship Enrichment Program.** **Connect with and provide communication materials for onsite interns.** **Qualifications** **Education:** **Completion of Undergraduate Sophomore year at an accredited University.** **Experience and Skills Required:** **Communications, marketing, advertising, or related field** **Video Production (shooting/editing)** **Proficient in Microsoft Platforms (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)** **Must be enrolled in university during the internship period** **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams** **Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of our workforce.** **Strong problem-solving skills** **Candidates must have authorization to work in the US.** **Other:** **This position is based in San Diego, California.** **This is a hybrid onsite position (3 days/week onsite; 2 day/week remote).** **No travel required.** **Applicable pay range:** $22 per hour to $51.50 per hour The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
