Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Campus Recruiter. Summary: As a Contract Campus Recruiter on the Campus Recruitment team, you will be supporting all aspects of the campus recruiting process, including virtual and some onsite campus events, screening, interviewing, offer out, managing candidates, and acting as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers and interview teams. This resource will be aligned to our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business, which includes Intrepid, our M&A business. Additional Responsibilities: * Attract and recruit college students to our Summer Analyst and full time analyst programs; You will play an active role in our on-campus event presence and digital/social recruitment strategy * Inclusion and diversity are foundational to who we are as a bank - you will be instrumental in developing diverse talent pools * Articulate the vision for the company's future and the career opportunities ahead as we increase our focus on harnessing the power and value of GenZ/NextGen talent
