Position Summary

It is an exciting time at CVS Health, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst who is passionate about healthcare and building a network of pharmacists and hiring top talent for our Retail stores across the country. We are looking for a diligent, dedicated, and motivated individual who is results oriented and loves a good challenge.

As the Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the execution of CVS Health’s Pharmacy Intern talent and recruitment activities to support CVS Health enterprise wide.

You will accomplish this by:

Exhibiting knowledge of hiring practices, recruiting, behavioral-based interview and assessment techniques in order to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for designated business units.

Assessing talent and generating qualified pharmacy intern candidates through cost effective efforts in a timely manner in collaboration with HR business partners and operational managers.

Representing CVS Health and the CVS Health brand to candidates, colleges, and industry partners. Presents offer to candidates and negotiates if needed following hiring decision. Ensures timely follow-up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.

Executing effective pharmacy intern recruiting strategies for delivering top-quality talent and hiring results.

Conducting hiring manager/field manager meetings to identify expectations, clarify process/potential challenges and provide regular updates to create a communication pathway that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent.

Developing knowledge of current marketplace and trends to ensure competitive hiring through best practices.

Serving as main point of contact for colleges and be the liaison between the college and the business. Provides communication and consultative recruiting guidance based on results of college partnerships to regional teams.

Serving as subject matter expert on ExperienceRxTM for recruitment of external candidates, engagement of current interns, and support for preceptors and field teams.



Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, college admissions, event planning or transferrable work experiences such as sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes within state



Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of interview assessment techniques such as behavioral based interviewing

Experience with Applicant tracking systems such as Kenexa, Workday, Taleo

Experience with virtual tools such as Handshake, Brazen

Experience providing customer service to clients, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree preferred



Education

High School Diploma required; equivalent work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
