WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a member of the Texas Recruiting team, you will collaborate with a highly talented group of individuals to develop, plan, and execute Associate Consultant (AC), Consultant and intern program recruiting efforts for the Bain Texas cluster. The Texas cluster includes the Dallas, Houston and Austin offices.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a member of the Texas Recruiting team, you will assist in the development, planning, and execution of all Texas Associate Consultant, Consultant, and intern program recruiting efforts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Event Planning and ExecutionCoordinate logistics for diversity and emerging sources programs across Consultant and Associate Consultant recruiting, including Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL), Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW), Building and Supporting Excellence (BASE), ADvantage, and Consulting Kickstart.Assist in planning and executing offeree weekends for Associate Consultant, Associate Consultant Intern, Consultant, and Summer Associate roles, including organizing logistics, attending events, and interacting with offerees.Support the planning of summer intern programs, creating and executing social calendars, training weeks, and final presentations.Manage logistics for marketing and closing events at undergraduate and MBA schools, handling invitations, sign-ups, catering, and RSVPs for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.Communication ManagementProvide exceptional, timely responses and support to recruits and consulting staff involved in recruiting processes.Maintain clear communication with consulting staff regarding interview schedules, recruiting events, and commitments.Other SupportAssist with resume reviews, scheduling, and interview logistics using Avature (recruiting system).Oversee the interview process, acting as the point-of-contact for candidates and interviewers, scheduling interviews, and preparing logistics memos.Manage updates to the recruiting tracking system (Avature) for data entry, event management, and reporting.Collaborate with the Texas HR team on new hire onboarding, including paperwork, staffing preparation, and onboarding materials.Support event commitment processes for recruiting events.Perform additional duties as needed.
ABOUT YOU
Required QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.2+ years of administrative and/or recruiting support experience, preferably in a professional services firm.Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management, customer service, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Comfort interacting with prospective candidates, school contacts, and team members at all levels.Flexibility to work overtime and evenings as needed.
