Position Summary:

The Campus Recruiting Specialist is responsible for effectively recruiting top clinical talent for the Company. They will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to execute and deliver strategic and tactical campus recruiting programs to attract top talent to Athletico, in support of business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: full life cycle recruitment of clinical rotation students and recent graduates of clinical programs, recruitment efforts surrounding employer brand differentiation, candidate engagement, relationship building with colleges and event management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support overall coordination and execution of campus events at assigned mega or primary schoolsLead relationship building on campus with students, career services, academic personnel and student organizationsManage full life cycle recruitment process for campus and early career clinical candidatesEstablish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to identify campus hiring needs & quality candidatesWith direction from Talent Acquisition leadership, lead planning, implementation, and execution of early identification talent programs Increase the quality and diversity of our long-term hiring pipeline and expand Athletico’s brand across our core school frameworkCollaborate with broader Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross functional managers on annual hiring plans, budgets and calendar of eventsInfluence hiring managers, field leaders, and broader HR team on adopting talent acquisition strategies and processes that yield high-performing talentTrack and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven campus recruiting related decisions Develop innovative, creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build high quality active and passive candidate pipelinStay informed of workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniquesParticipate in intervention meetings with field and Talent Acquisition partners, as appropriate, to understand local recruiting challenges and identify countermeasuresDesign and develop ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategiesOversee maintenance of various HR systems, including ATS (applicant tracking systems), CRM (client relationship management) and onboarding platformsCounsel hiring managers on best practices for interviewingEnsure that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulationsParticipate in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related experience requiredWork Experience:2 years of college relations and/or campus recruiting required1 year of HR experience within a healthcare organization highly desiredExperience working with an ATS preferredCertification/Licensure:Knowledge and Technical Skills:Strong knowledge in campus recruiting programsStrong project management skills and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platformsStrong verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills and time management skills Ability to prioritize changing workloadsStrong attention to detail Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starterProficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products Strong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness and ability to travel up to 30 – 40%, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

Physical Demands: 

Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hearPossess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to:  remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and armsOccasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

Minimum Salary/Wage USD $63,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/Wage USD $80,000.00/Yr.
