The Campus Site Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned locations for all aspects of services and/or operations. This includes human resources management, accounting, marketing support, budget support, and client relations. Responsible for the overall operations of assigned locations within a region. The manager is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and cost controlling procedures to ensure compliance with customer specific contract requirements for multiple accounts with multi-site locations and customers. The Campus Site Lead is responsible for multi-site performance of services to the customer(s); and ultimately retention of those customer(s) as a client(s). The Campus Site Lead will be responsible for O&M Managers, Project Managers and Facility Managers identified within specific region. The Campus Site Lead will drive continual improvements to the operation by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff.
Pay: $210,000 - $220,000

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position is responsible for the overall operation of our facility management services to multiple spokes and depots, including ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and representing the company with respect to the client. This Campus Site Lead ensures that established company goals are realized while maintaining client relations that will enhance future business and has total responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract.
Oversee all aspects of the client’s critical physical infrastructure
Ensure that all work performed within mission critical space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.
Management of the team that includes the senior managers, engineers, technicians.
Oversee the development and accuracy of site-level operating procedures and other documentation.
Supervise and escalate as needed ABM’s response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities
Provides training and support and aims to expand the capabilities of operations staff.
Gives hands on instruction in basic maintenance, safety and troubleshooting procedures.
Demonstrates the proper use and care of tools.
Instills a high level of professionalism and directs the performance of contracted maintenance
Financial Management: Plans and forecasts budget for operation and maintenance, recommends and estimates facility repairs and improvements
Hazardous Materials: Complies with policy and audit standards for safe storage, usage and disposal.
Resolve all electrical, mechanical, BAS, BMS, and Fire Protection System issues while minimizing risk and business impact and communicate issues to management and customers in a timely manner.
Manage the customer relationship and act as the single point-of-contact for all facility-related issues, including, but not limited to schedules, new business, projects, budgets and expansion and staffing.
Manage oversight from preventive maintenance inspections and provide guidance on how to address issues.
Develops, plans, and implements annual shutdown program for preventive maintenance activities.
Technical knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to prioritize, assign, track, and trend equipment history.
Audit all CMMS databases for accuracy and completeness, produce reports as required at customer request, control system access and user credentials.
Ensures projects are completed to the satisfaction of the client, successfully managing budgets/financials, schedules, key performance indicators, and contractual requirements
Ensure that ABM training expectations are met and audit the process monthly.
Identify, vet, and approve all sub-contractors who will perform work on-site.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university in a major relevant field of study or equivalent 5-7+ years’ experience in mission critical operations environments, required.
Minimum 5 years of facility management, plant operations, engineering or maintenance supervision experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills to “C” level and below, including customers and vendors.
5+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports
Experience generating cost savings through multiple continuous improvement activities
5+ years Electrical or Mechanical experience
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience 360 Facility, Maximo, etc., and Building Automation System (BAS Siemens’ Apogee, Johnson Metasys or Trane Tracer, preferred).
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM
Certified Facility Manager or other relevant certifications, a plus.

Proven budget and personnel responsibilities
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including report writing ability.
Computer proficiency with MS Office and Outlook email
Working knowledge of purchasing and/or utilizing and managing subcontracts and vendors
