The Residential Treatment Center (RTC) is a beautiful 24-hour, 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale. It is a safe, supportive environment that provides various services to youth, from the ages of 5 to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. The Campus features dormitories, a therapeutic K-12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services. The Campus Support position manages the day-to-day operational and administrative functions, activities, quality of care, and safety of the Residential Treatment Center (RTC), for staff and individuals alike.
As Campus Support, you will: problem solve; promote positive and open communication amongst the RTC team; coach, train, and develop campus staff; and resolve conflicts constructively and directly. This position is the first responder to conflicts on campus and ensures that positive reinforcements are applied consistently and appropriately. Campus Support engages individuals in effective redirection, de-escalation, and implements proper safety restraint techniques as needed. Campus Support will also work closely with individuals and their families, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment during their treatment program and ensuring all campus scheduling and activities are followed. This position also helps staff come up with fun, creative activities, campus games, client contingencies, and assists with off-campus outgoings.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.25 / hr.
Shift Differential Opportunities: $1.00/ hr
Schedule: Wednesday / Thursday 12:30pm - 10:30pm, Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm and Saturday 8:30am - 8:30pm
