Job Summary
Langan is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its collaborative team in Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Jose. This individual will serve a key function in providing full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of intern and co-op student candidates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow the firm's on-campus employer brand by building and enhancing strong university, student organization, and student relationships as part of a dynamic Human Resources organization.
Job Responsibilities
+ Perform full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and non-technical staff at the university internship and co-op levels including sourcing, interviewing, preparing and presenting offers, and onboarding;
+ Partner with management and HR team members to assess and fulfill staffing needs with top student talent;
+ Implement comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet internal client needs;
+ Identify on-campus branding activities including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and presentations; engage with employees to confirm their participation in on-campus branding activities;
+ Conduct on-campus interviews at target universities;
+ Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to open job requisitions, review and distribute resumes, disposition all candidates, and close job requisitions;
+ Compile and update reports including the weekly, bi-annual, and annual centralized intern and co-op reports;
+ Adhere to Langan recruitment policies and Affirmative Action Program;
+ Assist the Human Resources Team with on-going projects and programs; and
+ Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree; coursework relating to HR a plus;
+ 2+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; campus recruiting experience required;
+ Strong organizational skills;
+ High caliber of self-motivation with the ability to work well in a team;
+ Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor;
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
+ Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
+ Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail, producing accurate and thorough deliverables;
+ Ability to handle and maintain confidential information;
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ATS experience preferred; and
+ Willingness to travel to university campuses as needed.

Certain US jurisdictions require Langan to include an estimate of salary or hourly ranges. The estimated range for this role is: $70,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.
