Required skills: 1) Provide strategic direction for the Identity Minder Tool a. Reviewing the overall health of the environment & suggesting improvements for short/long term b. Categorizing current applications and determining if new connectors are required c. Ensuring performance is not impacted by adding the new applications 2) Adding the applications to IdM 3) Creating a 'playbook’ to ensure customer resources can continue to add applications moving forward.
