Can Line Operator
**Job Title: Can Line Operator** **Job Description** As a Can Line Operator, you will work on automated manufacturing equipment, such as conveyor belts and forklifts, in a fast-paced production plant. You will be responsible for keeping the machines in excellent condition to ensure the production of high-quality beverage products. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed throughout the production shift. + Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available. + Visually inspect the production run and document results. + Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. + Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area. + Float between and work on multiple production lines at a time. + Conduct quality reviews of equipment to maintain safety and performance standards. **Essential Skills** + Steel Toes + Ability to be on feet all day + Comfortability on a forklift + Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required + Ability to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment + Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision + Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business + Ability to lift 50 pounds **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail + Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment + Must be comfortable wearing hair nets and beard nets if applicable **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health coverage with three medical options, dental, and vision plans. The environment requires adherence to specific dress codes, including no facial jewelry, watches, or rings with gems (plain bands are acceptable). The work shifts include Day Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), Swing Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm), and Grave Shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
