Position Summary...​The Innovation Centre Project Coordinator is responsible for all operational areas of the Innovation Centre, including but not limited to fixture setup and tear-down; product receiving and staging; and assisting internal and external customers with daily tasks. Additionally, this role supports the Innovation Centre Manager with day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and execution of projects and other initiatives outside the typical day to day operations of the facility. This position reports directly to the Innovation Centre Manager.

What you'll do...

1.​​Promptly unloads trucks, sorts deliveries, and manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Ensures the accuracy of digital documentation for inbound and outbound records, and maintains an organized, safe, and well-maintained backroom environment. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency of the facility’s inbound/outbound operations. 

2.Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, merchants, service providers, and other stakeholders involved in the shipment and receipt process and follows-up daily with key stakeholders and internal customers via email and other digital channels.

3.Provides support to the Innovation Centre (IC) team, which includes managing the flow of merchandise from receiving to staging areas, overseeing fixture retrievals, inventory maintenance, and the proper disposal of waste to promote sustainable operations. Processes vendor returns, donations, and other transactions in accordance with Loss Prevention and Risk Management policies.

4.​​Operates specialized material handling equipment such as counterbalance tow motors, electric pump trucks, walkie stackers, and compactors, while adhering to established safety standards.
