The Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team, driving positive and memorable experiences for candidates, while also partnering internally with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams on the interview process. This person is a high energy, detail oriented, creative individual with a burning desire to contribute & think differently.

How You'll Make an Impact: Act as the candidate’s champion to ensure they have a positive interview experience at every stage of the hiring process Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across all Salsify offices in partnership with TA Partners and hiring teams Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling process Support employer branding efforts with event coordination & project management as well as light content creation and social media posts Support ad hoc projects that support the enablement of our recruiting team Learn and grow; you will actively seek to extend your knowledge and expertise in areas that are critical to this role. This means we expect you to take ownership and bring ideas to the team to enhance experiences that will make a difference. You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have: Previous coordination experience or relevant work/on-campus experience in recruiting, events, support or operations role A bias to action and are organized, flexible and adaptable Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent problem solving skills; you can think creatively when challenges arise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (our company language is English); sense of humor a plus! In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options.
