Candidate Experience Specialist

Summary:

Responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing support and guidance through each stage of the hiring process. Works closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, responding promptly and professionally to all candidate inquiriesAssess current internal interview and assessment processes including touch points, instructions, tools providing recommendations as appropriate to facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience.Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews and other recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and networking eventsEnsure that all candidates are treated with respect, and that the recruitment process is fair and transparentCollect and analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, and provide recommendations to enhance the candidate experienceCreate and maintain candidate communication templates, such as email templates and Job Postings, to ensure consistent messaging and a positive candidate experienceChampion TMHCC Good Company values, ensuring Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging are integral parts of each candidate experience journey.Administer candidate pre-employment assessments.Coordinate recruitment marketing advertising campaigns.Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams on social media engagement for recruitment messaging and talent engagement.Coordinate with recruiting vendors on optimizing engagement tools and services.Recommend and collaborate with recruiting leaders on Recruiter training opportunities with a focus on elevating candidate experience.Collaborate with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide a seamless and positive candidate experience.Provide best in class experience for hiring managers and candidates through Talent Advisement on openings where appropriate.Support ongoing candidate engagement: EVP work elevating TMHCC’s voice in the market, provide review responses on public forums, partner with leaders, and act as a liaison with Marketing.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or a related fiel4 years experience in TAExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service oriented mindsetStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of recruitment technologies and tools, such as ATS and scheduling toolsExperience with collecting and analyzing data to improve the candidate experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Highly detail oriented individual with passion for storytelling in Talent Acquisition.
