Candidate Experience Team Manager

Join our Global Centre of Expertise and lead the coordination and delivery of our candidate journey for Airline related roles. This position requires a passion for leading diverse teams, to innovate and deliver an exceptional candidate experience and excel in creating efficient and aligned process structures across source market and roles.

 

Location Requirement: Within +/- 2 hours from CET.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

Lead, inspire, and manage diverse virtual and international teams to deliver an excellent candidate experience. Collaborate with the Global TA Volume Operations Manager to optimize the global application tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment process systems. Stay updated with operational requirements and key priorities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team. Ensure teams meet all SLAs for end-to-end candidate experience for their respective campaigns, including: Managing email inboxes. Producing and delivering campaign reports. Processing candidates through the recruitment process. Ensuring assessment centres run at full capacity. Supporting the delivery of assessment centres and resolving queries with Assessors. Conduct regular team meetings to understand workloads and assist team leads with task planning and prioritization when necessary. Analyze HR metrics to provide insights to stakeholders. Implement new procedures to enhance the Candidate Experience. Support seasonal team recruitment and coordinate budget. Ensure compliance with legislation & employment law. Support Global TA Volume Operations Manager to analyse and review recruitment processes across the business to ensure alignment and up to date processes and efficiency.

 

ABOUT YOU

Experience managing international virtual teams in a high-volume recruitment environment. Efficiency, proactivity, and organization skills combined with an obsession for data and numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages e.g. German, Swedish and/or Dutch are a big plus. Passion for service excellence with a candidate-first mindset. Confidence and curiosity in systems and innovative technology. Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks.
