**BAYADA Home Health Care** is seeking an experienced and motivated recruiter/sourcer to join our team as a **Talent Sourcer.** In this critical role, you’ll help attract top talent to fill RN Nurse Manager roles across our Home Health, Hospice, Habilitation, Skilled Nursing, Behavioral Health, and Assistive Care practices. If you’re passionate about making a difference in healthcare and have prior experience recruiting RNs, we want to hear from you!

**As a Talent Sourcer, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:**
+ Developing, executing, and monitoring online candidate search campaigns using a variety of platforms and search engines.
+ Using innovative sourcing techniques to generate pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
+ Reviewing job orders and matching applicants to job requirements through manual or computerized searches.
+ Referring selected candidates to recruiters for further consideration.
+ Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations related to sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.
+ Collaborating with the recruitment team to analyze sourcing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency, and feedback.
**What We're Looking For in a Talent Sourcer:**

+ Success in sourcing candidates and developing talent pipelines.
+ Strong skills in leveraging social media and other platforms to attract top talent.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ **A four-year college degree (preferred).**
+ Prior healthcare recruiting experience, specifically with RNs.
+ Solid computer skills and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
+ **The ability to travel to Pennsauken, NJ, as needed.**
+ Demonstrating and communicating the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
+ Focusing on sourcing to develop a pipeline of nurses and other clinical roles across multiple offices.
+ Demonstrating initiative and a strong sense of urgency to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
+ Using best sourcing strategies and techniques while leveraging market data and intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
+ Finding and attracting the right candidates, establishing rapport with potential candidates, and promoting cross-practice collaboration
