In this role You will have total authority in Phoenix, AZ with growth opportunities – and full responsibility for the top-line and bottom-line results. You must be an entrepreneurial sales and marketing leader to grow our Phoenix, AZ office into the largest operation of its kind in the US.
Responsibilities
- Build a team of lead generation managers and field sales reps in a unique abundant market.
- Lead training and sales methodology with our reps so that they may be able to discuss our products and services with the customers.
- Full Territory responsibility for the top line and bottom-line results.
- Commit to providing an unparalleled customer service experience from start to end.
Qualifications
- Successful experience in hiring, training, coaching teams.
- Previous management experience and proven results in motivating sales teams.
- Lead Generation, preferably In-Home Sales.
- Experience with High-end Products or Services.
