Summary: Seeking a Capacity Planning Engineer with expertise in system design evaluation, engineering model development, and financial management for federal programs.

Job Requirements:

US Citizenship and active Top Secret Clearance BA/BS degree 8+ years evaluating system designs for scale and budget needs Experience with estimation techniques and developing 'Basis of Estimates' Financial management experience for federal programs ($50+ million) Cloud-based environment experience (AWS, Azure)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Government Cyber Mission Space and legal constraints (FISMA, FIPS, SecOps) Experience with Elastic Cloud Enterprise and other Elastic products Understanding of DHS CDM Program requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Develop engineering models for planning technical resource growth Evaluate customer needs to articulate resource demands and financial impacts Manage system financial plans and budgets

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
