As a Senior Consultant in the Data Driven Transformation Team of Capgemini Invent you will help clients in the manufacturing sectors transform and improve their operations by leveraging insights from underlying business, process and machine data. You will be advising our clients on solution approach, design, implementation, and roll-out of technical solutions. You are a key expert in building innovative technical solutions and can implement those.
Responsibilities:
You will help run energetic workshops with clients to identify pain-points, desires, as-is situation, solution path, solution design, etc.You will help define solution approaches, and technical designs and advise on solution development, testing and roll-out.You will build components of technical solutions on your own and in team with other engineers (e.g. ML Models, anomaly detection algorithms, etc.)You will find and cultivate opportunities for improvement and grow the business within your spaceYou will help promote program/ solution/ team success internally and at the clientRequirements:
Engineering Degree, B.S. (M.S. or MBA with STEM background preferred)Agile knowledge and expertiseIndustrial or Customer Analytics ExperienceOperations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing exposureKnowledge on AI / Analytics tools landscape (Palantir (AIP), C3.AI, Cognite, AWS, Microsoft, SEEQ…)Experience in delivering AI / Analytics use casesFamiliarity with Industry 4.0 concepts such as, IoT, Edge, Data Hub, predictive maintenance, Digital thread, control tower and othersExperience with some of these programming languages such as Python, SQL, JAVA, C , C, MATLABKnowledge of Data Standards and Manufacturing Standards and CapabilitiesExperience in process mapping and ability to identify system/ process weaknesses and areas for possible issues.Ideally:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000 to $150,000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
