YOUR ROLE
As a GenAI Director, you will help clients across sectors and industries by leveraging advanced AI techniques and lead GenAI strategy, implementation and scale, including:
Drive GenAI deals locating and cultivating opportunities for improvement and transformation of businesses leveraging Advanced Analytics and GenAIDrive the adoption and implementation of advanced AI models and frameworks, ensuring these are aligned with business needs and capable of delivering scalable and impactful solutions.Champion the development of agentic systems that enable more autonomous decision-making within AI applications, creating more intuitive and responsive interactions.Develop and refine knowledge graphs and LLMs to improve data interconnectivity and accessibility, enhancing the organization's ability to leverage complex datasets for strategic insights.Innovate with prompt engineering and RAG to maximize the performance and creativity of AI applications, ensuring that AI responses are both contextually relevant and highly effective.Cultivate partnerships with technology leaders and industry experts to incorporate the latest in AI advancements, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge.Strengthen the company's brand presence and thought leadership in the GenAI space, positioning the company as a trusted leader in AI/ML and Advanced Anlytics solutions.Lead the development of assets and frameworks for selling and delivering GenAI solutions, streamlining service offerings and enhancing go-to-market strategies.Build client trust through close collaboration, driving projects and managing risks.We’d Love to Meet Someone With:
The right candidate will possess 12 years of experience working in a consulting/advisory environment where they focused on Data, AI/ML, GenAI.
Expertise in Generative AI Technologies: Deep understanding and recent hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and Generative AI applications for PLM. Proficiency in advanced AI techniques and prompt engineering methodologies.Technical Mastery: Extensive programming skills in Python, familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and a strong background in using and configuring advanced AI tools such as Docker, GIT, and cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML).Strategic Vision and Leadership: Capability to envision and execute a strategic roadmap for integrating AI into core business processes, delivering not only technical solutions but also transformative business outcomes.Community Engagement and Thought Leadership: Active involvement in the GenAI community, contributing to discussions, publishing research, and staying abreast of new developments in GenAI.
