This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Data Analysis & Reporting:** + Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems). + Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives. + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance. + Prepare presentations and reports summarizing data findings and insights for senior management. + **Business Support:** + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate data support. + Proactively identify and address data quality issues. + Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives. + **Data Management & Governance:** + Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. o Updating data-based information across multiple technology platforms for business leadership reports and dashboards (including Salesforce, SharePoint) **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. + 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry. + Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Experience with data management and governance principles. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + A proactive and results-oriented approach.
