매입매각 자문 Capital Markets 팀 인턴 채용 (정규직 전환형)

*부서: Capital Markets 부서 내 중소형 자산 매입매각 팀
*고용형태: 전환형 인턴 
*기간: 6개월 (인턴 기간의 평가를 통한 정규직 전환 논의 가능)  

[담당업무]
- 상업용 부동산 (오피스, 리테일, 개발부지 등) 매입 및 매각 자문 업무 수행
- 시장 조사 및 분석
- 프로젝트 수주에 필요한 전략 수립 지원
- 마케팅 자료 작성, 계약서 검토, 매입매각 프로세스 업무 지원
- 프로젝트 관리 및 투자자 마케팅 업무 지원

[자격요건]
- 부동산에 대한 높은 이해와 관심
- 영어 소통 가능 우대
- 제안서, 보고서(PPT) 작성 경험 (test 예정)
- MS 파워포인트(PPT), 엑셀(Excel), 워드(Word) 능통자 우대

• 동종업계 경험자 및 부동산 관련 전공자 우대
