Purpose

Provides oversight & support of the workflow & functions of assigned areas in accordance with level of experience, education & standards. Assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility including delegating to others. Participates in the development of & the process improvement of policies & procedures. Works closely with leadership to maintain efficient & effective operations to ensure quality in daily operations. May partner with leadership with the selection, orientation & performance feedback of the team. Works cooperatively to ensure that key customer needs are being met & achievement of operational & performance goals.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)

Responsible for supporting transactions in assigned areas that require analytical skills and knowledge of TH approval processes, Requisition Types, 2-Way & 3-Way match concepts and application, GPO contracts and agreements and compliance rules.

Facilitates day-to-day supplier & stakeholder interactions including but not limited to stakeholder requisition status, Purchase Order status, Tax exempt form navigation, new ERP supplier request on-boarding documentation (W9), navigating supplier questions around project scope, estimated time of arrival, dock delivery requirements, navigating supplier required product customization forms. Requests for updated quotes and supplier contact information.

Using approved systems for ALL qualifying Capital requisitions including Non-Threshold and Threshold projects, including new requisition creation, amendments & cancellations.

Monitors & manages local site Capital process as it relates to the handoff from Finance & ability to Requisition in approved systems.

Oversees, maintains, and archives copies of official quote, requisition, and purchase order for each Capital requisition.

Maintains & monitors all approved systems for requisition queue as it relates to Open, Pending, On-hold & Complete requisitions in an effort to keep Capital moving.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma and 4 years of related experience utilizing supply chain, business, customer service skills or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with general bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

College coursework or an associate degree in accounting, supply chain/logistics management or related field preferred.
