Capital Project Construction Analyst
Description We are seeking a Capital Project Construction Analyst to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financed development projects, ensuring efficient processes for funding and disbursements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Lead the preparation and submission of construction draw requests to lenders, ensuring they are funded fully and on time. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the US and Europe to develop efficient processes for preparing detailed and thorough draw request packages. • Liaise with construction managers and accounting personnel to ensure internal cost tracking aligns with the schedule of values presented to lenders. • Work closely with the Construction Accounting team to maintain organized project cost documentation. • Develop strong relationships with lenders to proactively address risks and opportunities affecting the funding of monthly draw requests. • Interface with a variety of stakeholders to ensure efficient and structured processes are in place, maximizing the use of existing systems to reduce manual effort and error risk. • Prepare periodic internal reports detailing the status of construction draw requests, funding, and other related matters. • Leverage your skills in Cloud Technologies, Budget Processes, Communication, Construction, Loan Administration, Loan Review, Loan Servicing, Loan Structure, Construction Accounting, Construction Projects - Accounting, AIA Documents, AIA Billing, Construction Projects, Project Accounting, Construction Cost, and Microsoft Excel. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies • Understanding and experience in Budget Processes • Exceptional Communication skills • Knowledge and experience in Construction and Construction Loans • Proficiency in Loan Administration, Loan Review, Loan Servicing, and Loan Structure • Experience in Construction Accounting and the Construction Industry • Familiarity with AIA Documents and AIA Billing • Experience in managing Construction Projects and Project Accounting • Knowledge of Construction Cost and Microsoft Excel • Ability to work in a team and independently • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
