What You Can Expect

The Capital Solutions Specialist position is responsible for maximizing the return on capital contracting structures by establishing policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. Responsible for reviewing, administering and analyzing capital contracts between Zimmer Biomet and customer base.  Develop and execute processes to track and report compliance-based agreements. Develop and implement processes to improve contract management and negotiate contract improvements through term, rates, or language.  Develop and distribute sales and pricing analytics to various internal and external stakeholders.  Strong analytical skills and attention to details are required for position.

How You'll Create Impact Prepare, review, and submit contracts, including fee-per-use, committed usage, rental, service, and disposable pricing agreements.Create and manage effective communication strategies around targeting opportunities, end of term, and renewals with internal partners.Monitor existing contracts to ensure complete conformity with the terms of the agreements.Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to current contracting strategies.Help lead certain projects as determined by Sr. Management.

What Makes You Stand Out Highly effective oral and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.  Demonstrated problem solving and applied analytical skills.Previous Portfolio Administration experience is preferred.Strict attention to detail.Demonstrated knowledge of sales and contracting strategies.Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints.Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities. Knowledge of medical device business and products preferred.
 Your Background

2-3 years of relevant work experience strongly preferred.  A combination of education and experience will be considered

Travel Expectations

Up to 10%

The salary range for this position if $70,000-80,000 + bonus
