Summary:

Provide front counter service to customers. Prepare requested drinks, work with the fellow team members to ensure orders are properly prepared in a timely manner, and efficiently manage the point of sale system.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of all menu options, take orders, and serve the prepared items to the guests Accurately follow all cash handling and point of sale system procedures, including but not limited to, cash and comp procedures Ensure all food and drinks are served within health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including countertops, floors, tables, front of house equipment Put items away in a timely manner according to procedure, utilizing proper signage Ensure adequate supplies are available for the shift, including ribbons, comp paper, cash drop envelopes and receipt paper Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Perform other duties as assigned
